When you purchase a code from Kru you can do two things with it.
(1) Start a new account which gives you one month play time plus you get an Account ID and Password in an email.
(2) Renew an account which adds one month to your account.
This procedure is the best
Install the game. Start a New Hero from the game menu Buy a game code from the Kru account manager ( https://secure.kru.com - Use 'Coupon Shop' link ) Start a New Account with the game code (you receive an email with Account Number and password) In your account are two empty slots - Add your New Hero (and another if you want to). Buy a new code every month and top up your account.
You can use Paypal or Credit Card if you are a US Citizen OR only Credit Card if not.
