The Charnal ressembles a dragon and that's exactly what it is. It splashes enemy air units with its flame breath weapon. Wonderful when complimented by Phoenixes. Like the Rayok, the Charnal can also warp anywhere. With proper micromanagement, you can get the jump on any air squad. It's about as fast as a Phoenix (slow). You need 120 Education to buy these. You can only own 1 Charnal.
